This Origami Easter Bunny can become not only an Easter decoration, but also a gift wrapping for an egg. Folding such a bunny is very easy, you only need 2 sheets of A4 paper, since the craft consists of two parts.
1)Take 1 sheet of A4 (or US letter) and make a square out of it:
2) Bend the square diagonally, the edges should match exactly:
3)Fold the corners of the triangle down:
5) Turn the workpiece over. The thicker end of the workpiece should be on top:
6) Bend the top corner down to approximately the middle of the square:
7) Bend a small corner from the bottom up, as in the photo, this will be the bunny’s nose:
8) Turn the workpiece over, at the top are the future ears:
9) Fold the two side corners towards the middle. Since the craft is already pretty tough, then fold it carefully to avoid ugly creases on the paper:
10) Fold one layer of paper up:
11) Turn the workpiece over again. The first part of the craft is completed:
12) Take the second sheet and make a square out of it the same size as the first. Bend it diagonally:
13) Bend all corners to the center:
14) Bend any two opposite corners to the center:
15) Fold the workpiece in half so that the outside is smooth side. The second part of the figure is ready – this is the stand:
16) It remains to connect 2 parts. So insert the rabbit into the stand and carefully bend it.
17) Now insert one corner into the pocket of the other. Here you can adjust to the desired egg size:
You can draw eyes for a bunny, you can also paint a paper figure or initially make it from colored paper.
The origami rabbit is ready!
